Bad cholesterol can harden or block the arteries of the heart or body, increasing the risk of heart disease, nerve diseases, numbness of the extremities, and other diseases. Once there is a blockage in your vessels, it can increase the risk of heart attack and stroke by 100%. The level of LDL ie bad cholesterol should be less than 100 mg/dL in women above the age of 20 years and less than 100 mg/dL in men above the age of 20 years.

How to get rid of bad cholesterol

1. Mix one teaspoon of honey, five ml of lemon juice and five ml of apple cider vinegar in a cup of lukewarm water and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning and evening.

2. Boil 8 cloves of garlic in 250 ml skimmed milk and drink it daily.

3. Boil one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds powder in half a glass of water and drink it on an empty stomach daily.
